Low pay with long working hours. Can be sent to any centre on any given day if the area manager decided this applies to all floor staff. The area manager take grievance if you do not meet centre targets which is set at 100k as this impacts on what sports car the company funds for them. Tap in 5 minute late your wage is cut by the hour finish 2 hours late only paid for your contracted hours. No overtime pay unless the area manager authorities it in advance ( yes because I know in advance how many puncture repairs I will be undertaken).
