Not much to report on any pros

Cybersecurity Dept is a mess. The federal folks are clueless on RMF they claim to use, gives only lip service to get accredited. If you do not conform they outcast you and find ways to get rid of you. I would not recommend working at this quasi-federal agency if you have any self integrity.

Benefits package is above that of the average federal government agency.

Salary setting practices are not consistent through the Bureau. Very unfair and unethical.
