There was constant pressure to achieve often unrealistic targets, and despite the company’s public stance on inclusivity, I was personally targeted and sidelined due to my personality and physical appearance. Favouritism and racism were apparent, with incompetent managers promoted and protected because they shared the same background as the higher-ups.
