It is unfortunate to hear that you felt a lack of transparency, but like many organizations, we believe employees play a role in elevating their experience by asking questions and seeking out information that helps the organization and also provides more business context to the employee.
L2T has a strong reputation of providing a very transparent culture. Management regularly encourages employees to provide feedback to not only their managers, but directly to the executive team or to HR. If you had constructive feedback, we wish you would have used these channels to voice your concerns when you were employed.
We recognize the importance of having strong technical leadership and an innovative technical platform. We operate in a very dynamic digital media landscape with a broad spectrum of product offerings. If there were specific trainings you desired or gaps you felt certain teams needed more training on, we wish you would have articulated them to your manager and executives. Training and personal development is one of our core principles and business strategies.
With regards to benefits, L2T offers a top-quality health benefit package, 401K plan and hybrid work policy relative to our market and business size. This robust package has supported employee retention efforts as most of our supervisors, managers and executive team leads are not only long standing L2T’ers, but have career tracked into their current positions. We analyze our compensation at every level and job function using an outside data source each year and make adjustments based on market data. If you found our compensation and benefits not in line with the market, we wish you would have shared this with HR. We are always open to clear and specific feedback.
