The technical work is interesting and fulfilling. There is ample work. Teams are professional and engaging.

The company has shifted focus significantly beginning in Q2-2025 to today. Reorganizing and workforce reductions have become frequent. Communication has been poor. Generally the company is leveraging the poor job market to implement changes that negatively impact or are unfavorable to employees (return to work, vacation time reductions, etc). Employee autonomy is poor or declining. Monitoring (micro-managing) is increasing. Yearly merit increases are at or below peers.

Great work-life balance, 9/80 work schedule is ideal. The teamwork within my group is what I look forward to when coming in.

Lots of focus on EPS and FCF, which can be overwhelming at times.

The work is engaging, and can be cool. It's definitely advanced stuff and you'll learn a lot here.

Massive attrition across the business points to serious issues with upper management. It's nearly impossible to advance in your career. They will not counteroffer. They continue to take benefits, some of which are still advertised. Feels like people are pitted against each other far too often, and most feel taken advantage of. For the wrong type of person, this place can prove too stressful. For me this has resulted in several severe medical problems, which have forced my hand in leaving.
