- We had a recent restructure that, naturally, has created some confusion and worry among some people. But it feels like that was a smart decision so should calm down soon once everyone settles back in.
- If you are super social and thrive on more in-person work + not a fan of zoom meetings then this might be a challenging place.
- Working across different time zones and now global customers = some possible odd working hours but not for all and only occasionally.
- 100% virtual also comes with challenges around communication, relationships, knowledge sharing, etc but Slack is super helpful and there's a weekly company wide meeting where we get regular updates and celebrate anniversaries & big wins.
