      Company has HIGH turnover. I've seen most peoples positions filtered through a couple people while there. Someone was hired to be an assistant and then they moved her to HR.... she had a breakdown and quit the following week.

Compare with other companies our turnover is not high at all. Considering our 3700% growth in 3 years (https://www.inc.com) our turn over is actually minimal. In terms of position changes, Yes we do give opportunities everyone and we believe that it is one of the best we can give to our employees which is opportunity to grow and experience transformation.
