The constant micromanagement from the boss made every day feel downright depressing. It wasn't just the overwhelming workload, but the complete lack of trust in the team's abilities that sucked the energy right out of the room. Expectations were consistently unrealistic, and the draining cycle of overwork left little room for any sense of accomplishment. Communication from higher-ups was dire- almost non-existent- and when it did happen, it only added more confusion. The atmosphere in that office was enough to break anyone's spirit.
