The lack of a real HR department led to stressful internal politics. These politics have divided teams and have created a difficult working environment. At times, the internal politics have affected the quality of work teams can produce. Senior management fails to put their egos aside and therefore, has trouble treating employees with respect. Their attitude and politics seem to be more important than working on single company vision. They may 'care' about musicians, but they don't care about their employees.
