Being part of LAdmins has opened doors for me to earn more than I ever imagined. It offers the flexibility to work from anywhere. a privilege I deeply value and don’t take for granted. Working directly with clients has greatly enhanced my communication skills and boosted my confidence. We’re led by a generous and kind CEO, and as a startup, LAdmins presents an exciting opportunity to grow alongside the company. I can truly see myself building a long term career here, God willing.

One area I hope management can improve on is how new policies are communicated. Often, we only become aware of a policy after someone has already unknowingly violated it. Usually a few days later, that policy is being discussed and explained, including the reasons behind its implementation during our weekly huddle after someone got caught? At times, this makes me feel uneasy, as if I was the reason the policy was created. However, I also understand that since LAdmins is a startup, the company is still evolving and working on putting systems in place to ensure everyone is aligned with its mission and vision.
