Massive employee turnover without filling the positions has rendered it impossible for the remaining employees to succeed. Workload is distributed to unqualified employees who are made to feel like failures from management. There is no avenue for you to openly give constructive feedback. You MUST appear to be a content employee at all times and sing the LBA praises or run the risk of termination. There is too much unqualified leadership in top and mid level management positions who only got there because they are part of the "corporate in crowd". Attractive promises to change physical office locations that proved to be inaccurate with a worse lack of leadership. You are required to work around the clock (unless you're in a management position). There is a huge disconnect between employees and management when it comes to employee satisfaction here.
