I joined LC associates straight out of college after receiving my degree in a completely unrelated field. Why I explain this is because Leo was more than happy to take me on and teach me the skill sets that are needed at LC associates. Leo has been patient and hired me for long term potential when he could have easily taken someone who had a background in marketing. Leo is able to identify talented people and find roles for them that are engaging while maximizing their potential. As a result, I work with incredibly smart individuals. Our staff is small but tightknit and works tirelessly to get the job done. As mentioned in another review there is a "work hard, play hard" mentality. I love coming into work each day as I am with people who I respect and are learning from. Each day is exciting as I am constantly learning new skill sets or trying to find solutions to different problems. When I was searching for a job I made sure to find an environment that challenges me, and LC associates does exactly that.

This isn't so much a con as it is an aspect that comes with a new job, but some days are more difficult than others. At times I find myself frustrated with new tasks that initially are daunting. However, there is yet to be a problem that Leo or one of my colleagues hasn't been able to help me find a solution to.
