Working at the intervention center is a great. You get to work with at risk juveniles. In the hopes of changing their lives for the better.

The unfair treatment that one gets when it comes to the grievance process. How the county expects you to follow all the steps in the procedure but they do not have to follow it themselves. How administration expects holds their detention and shelter staff to a higher standard but they do not hold their admin staff to the same standard.
