These sprint goals often change or contradict each other. - The company is very sales-focused and oriented, when more time really needs to be spent on improving the product.

Even though there is not a lot of micromanaging, there is definitely a lot of visibility and oversight. The team culture can also be a little intimidating at first because there are a lot of polished, confident, high-performing people here. But in a way, that is also part of what makes the company exciting. You are surrounded by people who are sharp, driven, and really good at what they do, which pushes you to keep growing too.
