*give you no breaks between clients *handling/handled COVID poorly; didn’t mandate masks until July, didn't require clients to quarantine after travels or if sick (regardless if covid or not) and had to be symptom free for 3 days. Temperature cut off is/was 100.7 degrees (that crazy high! Most public places have the cut off be 99). Over its messed up. Doesnt pay employees for COVID time off and made us use PTO or part time employees had to go unpaid! *push BCBAs to recommend to clients to have 30-40 hours of therapy because it is dependent on their bonus/pay (those hours are inappropriate to recommend for most clients, yes some need it but when provided good quality therapy a client at most should have 18-25 hours).
