- Not too hard of a job-when it comes to lifeguarding -Access and discounts for LEGOLAND, great if you have friends or family with kids -Delicious food w/decent discount

- Management is VERY hierarchial, hard to establish relationship with coworkers and bosses due to the sheer size of the Aquatic division at Water Park - Hard to get recognized for good work, recognized for errors based on communication issues from management -blamed for errors due to communication issues from management -A good walk from parking lot to water park

There is room to move up. They are also extremely giving when it comes to PTO. Lastly, there’s always work to be done so no one is short on hours.

Svantaggi

It’s a falling apart attraction with absolutely no support or real direction. Despite there being room to move up, it is consistently short staffed and they are not willing to do anything to coach and mold current team members into being stronger workers.
