There is no company governance, the decisions are made in an hectic way, with no rational or vision. It is a permanent power play around getting the favours of the CEO and over passing any field of responsibility of other colleagues within the organisation. This lead to a permanent heavy atmosphere of politics game, unsecuring people, killing any true collaboration and risk taking initiative, unless being in the "CEO friendship's parallel hierarchy".
