No aligned salaries, no extra benefits like health packages, health insurance, private pension etc…unfortunately some of them are offered only on management level / or to some” people who know some other people “….which can be for sure a discriminatory thing! A lot of mediocrity- people assigned in roles they are not qualified for…either you do not know about those roles or they are listed just because” it has to”…but the games behind are already done! A lot of kiss assing -you have to be like them if not… You are free to leave! so far away is this Romanian subsidiary in comparisan with other companies that encourage development, wellbeing etc.would be more to be told but guess the picture is relevant.
