Same as most wholesalers for the pros tbh

Too many senior management only interested in themselves

Some very good people, Profitable business that has year on year growth, Family owned with personable and approachable directors, Job stability (it's clear that the good people have a job for life), open to new ideas / change (if presented correctly)

There's no major cons as such, but definitely areas for improvement, it's very much what you make of it on the whole though and any small cons I have experienced have usually been addressed when raised, so can't really ask for more than that.
