poor management and culture all around. In the Hong Kong office, they hire young graduates from good French schools and give them low salaries and benefits because they know it isn't easy to find a job in Hong Kong without a visa. The products are poor quality and they do not take onboard customer complaints. management is poor with a very bad attitude, including shouting at employees. In 3 years about 1/3 of the office quit or was made redundant. Not a single pay rise in that time (which is very uncommon in HK).
