No training, lack of personal protective equipment (PPE) for the staff needing to walk through the factory quite often shop floor workers complained they had burnt hands because they didn't have PPE equipment on hand when needed. Shop Floor workers had to buy their own power tools (ordered by the company but paid back via their weekly/monthly pay). Shop floor workers have a dual role between fabrication and assembly in the factory and fitting on site. Poor salary. Management disrespectful to their employees (e.g. frequent swearing to or at employees). Office is unclean and a hazard (work shop items often left in the office to potentially trip over). In the factory, welders are not totally screened from flare of welding nozzles.
