I achieved 80% of my computer skills and general professional from LG Electronics. I started an Inbound Agent .After 3 years as an inbound Agent ,I was promoted to become the Customer Service Supervisor where I functioned for another 3 years .Customer service role entails the use of excel and power point skills for survey and counsel report analysis and presentation. I am glad I learnt all these computer skills and more while in LG Electronics. I have improved their call and chat respond quality. I did this by evaluating each Agents call and chat (Listening the their random calls ) and making corrections where necessary. I also improved survey feedbacks from Customer From 50%- 80% . This is to say that 80% of surveys gotten from Customers are positive ones from satisfied customers . LG Electronics was a place of development for Me .

The nature of my role did not permit me to travel out to different LG Electronics branches . I want to know what supervising a Customer Service Team in other Countries looks like . I know Customer service is broad and involves lots of recent applications and software for Customers in-depth satisfaction however ,I needed to learn more skills particularly outside the Country or from other service companies .

LG used to be my dream job. 5 years ago, Every good part of LG ended. They preach all day about wellness, work life balance, and investing in their employees. And they used to do just that but not any more. Their 100% paid insurance is literally the only perk and its a trap.

They take motivated and competent individuals and shackle them with the workload of 5 or 6 people while telling them they aren't good enough, not doing enough, even though they are somehow finding a way to juggle all of the immense workload. PTO is a joke and no one respects it, they will call and ask you to work on your PTO, on weekends and at 10pm. They have no shame. The compensation is entirely below the bar even with 100% paid insurance. Promotions & Raises? Those only go to Koreans. Its gone so far down hill in the last 5 years. The culture in that office is so toxic but the job market is so restricted that you can't leave.
