Staff canteen, parking. That’s literally it. These are the consistent pros everyone mentions, which is really poor and scraping the barrel isn't it.

Leadership is utterly appalling, both Korean ex pats on 3 year rotations and Western leaders. Toxic, bullying, rude and aggressive, and daily illegal behaviours. People are both scared and ashamed to work there. An example of painful daily life is not being able to get expenses paid and thats one of their better behaviours The Korean leaders who are the key decision makers make up their own rules and do not follow UK employment law. The western leaders are figureheads, nothing more and don't even have P&L visibility let alone responsibility. And are yes men, because if you speak up you will be out the door. There is also zero gender equality. Absolutely no senior female leaders whatsoever. If you are reading this and were thinking of joining….don’t! It will be the worst decsion of your life if you do. I wish I’d read these reviews before I joined, but I was in and out real quick. And I’m writing this so you don't out yourself through it! Please don’t!!!!

LG used to be my dream job. 5 years ago, Every good part of LG ended. They preach all day about wellness, work life balance, and investing in their employees. And they used to do just that but not any more. Their 100% paid insurance is literally the only perk and its a trap.

They take motivated and competent individuals and shackle them with the workload of 5 or 6 people while telling them they aren't good enough, not doing enough, even though they are somehow finding a way to juggle all of the immense workload. PTO is a joke and no one respects it, they will call and ask you to work on your PTO, on weekends and at 10pm. They have no shame. The compensation is entirely below the bar even with 100% paid insurance. Promotions & Raises? Those only go to Koreans. Its gone so far down hill in the last 5 years. The culture in that office is so toxic but the job market is so restricted that you can't leave.
