Cultural Clash as most of the decisions are initiated and decided by Korean personnel, and very frequently you feel out of the loop when this happens. Many times there are meetings where the Korean executives speak in Korean, and decisions are made with only partial information. This happens many times because of the lack of fluency in other languages, and with the excuse to expedite the decision making process
