Svantaggi
Do not choose to work here. The worst management team and structure I've ever had the misfortune to be part of. The LGBT Network's culture is one of fear. If you dare to speak out with an idea that goes against the status quo then you are fired, pronto. Or worse, you'll be forced to resign with increasingly hostile working conditions. If you your face does not fit, then you are out, pronto. Yes – this is the worst company I have worked for. Yes – the CEO bullies and oppress many. Yes – it is revolving door. Many are looking, already left or were let go. Yes – we have been asked, many times, to put positive feedback in Glassdoor. No - I am not leaving positive BS here, as this is not my personal opinion that things are or close to be OK at the LGBT Network. Yes – the location is OK, actually it was good about 10 years ago.. Yes – problems are swept under the carpet. No – cooperation and Yes to hidden agenda or inept management layers designed intentionally by the CEO. Yes – bigoted politics and VENOMOUS corporate structure for quite small organization. Yes – I am likely to be pursued for this honest review… YES- Your work will be micromanaged and your grant reporting will be cooked as instructed by the CEO under threat of termination.
