      Low salary, not competitive at all compared to other companies. Salary doesn't reflect the workload. No promotion or progression. Very bad management. Very high turnover

      Average pay for the area. Very good health benefits (low premium) and okay work life balance. Coworkers fairly chill with the one or two toxic person. Opportunities to cross train and learn new skills if that is your desire.

      Workload uneven between shifts depending on shifting prioritizations on batches. Dead end, no route for career advancement. Cross training is a stopgap measure to cover for department personnel shortages.
