      Upper management does not want to promote and will try to scam you with paying less. People in the same positions are not getting paid the same. Lots of secrets from Upper management and there is no transparency.

      Average pay for the area. Very good health benefits (low premium) and okay work life balance. Coworkers fairly chill with the one or two toxic person. Opportunities to cross train and learn new skills if that is your desire.

      Svantaggi

      Workload uneven between shifts depending on shifting prioritizations on batches. Dead end, no route for career advancement. Cross training is a stopgap measure to cover for department personnel shortages.
