      The coworkers are awesome and flexible schedule

      They keep on adding additional responsibilities without any compensation. Rules to get promoted are very unfair, with no consistency among the labs. People get rewarded for bad behavior here, and you get nothing for going above your expected responsibilities.

      Average pay for the area. Very good health benefits (low premium) and okay work life balance. Coworkers fairly chill with the one or two toxic person. Opportunities to cross train and learn new skills if that is your desire.

      Svantaggi

      Workload uneven between shifts depending on shifting prioritizations on batches. Dead end, no route for career advancement. Cross training is a stopgap measure to cover for department personnel shortages.
