I am a full time student and this job is really flexible with my schedule. I like the environment of the office because it is never stressful. Although this job may just look easy, it takes a lot of focus and determination. In order to succeed at LGen, you have to be willing to make the effort to learn. You have to be willing to communicate about things you don't understand in order to get help and do the work correctly. Working at the LGen is great because there is always a way to improve. The more work you put into it, the more practice you will have and eventually the better you become. This job is a place to practice your communication skills and learn the world of business marketing. It prepares you to do any other type of business work out there.
