Very responsive tech support. Immense online training opportunities. Very comprehensive understanding of the work of a hospice chaplain. I've received great personal support from my nurse administrator, social worker, and colleagues. The training menu, especially for the first day, is not as intuitively clear as it could be. As a 62 year old with average experience with technology, I needed a lot of help to certify that I had completed what I had done. It is a real adjustment for me to chart my visits to hospice patients. I am impressed with how the cloud-based system helps all on the treatment team stay on the same page. I find that, as a "newbie," it takes an hour to "chart" and upload a half hour visit. I'm working on getting that time down and getting more efficient.
