BS Long hours and then paperwork pt scheduling confer with other staff etc off clock new hires with little or no experience make more money then loyal seasoned clinicians Scheduled visits often all ovet the place and make no sense time or productivity wise etc bottom line is money money money they could care less abt pts use a computer algorithms app that RN answers questions abt pt during soc etc and then before PT OT or ST even see pt and evaluate app spits out some random number how many visits pt allowed between therapy disciplines. Is extremely low number and they strictly adhere no matter what therapists recommendation is and then want clinician to say medicare wont let them have more
