Toxic and hostile environment - Recensione dipendente - Staff presso LHC Group

Terrible place to work. Executive director has no clue of what she’s doing yet keeps pushing everybody to do more than they can handle. Employees are stressed out, miserable and everybody keeps leaving. Everything is always mandatory and they won’t give you any bonuses or incentives. No support from anyone. HR is not helping when you make a complaint , they cover it up and don’t do anything about it. The pay is terrible, and they expect you to do work for 2-3 people daily. Would not recommend this place to anyone even if you’re desperate for a job.
