      Wonderful co-workers/management at the local level. Somewhat flexible position. Wonderful patients who truly appreciate what we do for them.

      For this particular position the productivity expectation is horrible. It has been since day one of this dept. It literally takes working at least 50 hours per week to meet their requirement of 60pts. Those that do get meet it routinely are likely not performing the same quality of reviews that other reviewers who have less points are doing.

      Autonomy, days go by quick, expectations are defined.

      Unmanageable workload/cases. Expected to fulfill number of points per week. Charting beyond business hours every day. Start of care visits also included hands on care. One visit took 3 hours because of 8 wounds and that didn’t include documentation. Oasis is tedious and comprehensive. Territory was supposed to be 10 minutes from home; it was not. Sometimes 45 minutes between each case with 5-6 cases for the day. Totally unmanageable for a seasoned and organized nurse. I cannot imagine how it would be for a less experienced nurse. Overworked and overwhelmed my entire time. I learned a lot from training modules but then you’re out on your own to troubleshoot. Unless you’re willing to hustle every single day and are willing to chart during dinner time and then still take time to confirm next day’s appointments, stay away.
