They lie to you in the interviews when they tell you the working hours. Your contract says 8:30 -5:30. You are REQUIRED to be there no later than 8:00 and you cannot leave before 6:00. They tell you that you are allowed to work from home “whenever” but are repeatedly questioned as to “why” you are working from home. They force fun and night outs during the week with lots of alcohol but get mad when you either don’t go or show up late the next day.
