outrageous business, huge favoritism to UK people. They will hire a UK guy with zero market experience over promoting a US person or hiring a US person, because the UK is some recruitment heaven? the UK style tends to rub most clients and candidates the wrong way, but their narrow minded, short term approach helps the company. hit their "EOT" goals. The company hurts themself long term, all for sake of this EOT, thinking they will all get a pay day. Yet, they fail to be a real business, with real process, real work and really at the end of the day, ethics and anything can be tossed out the window, as long as you close the deal
