Vantaggi
There are SO many pros to this job and this company. I've worked for other recruitment companies prior to joining LHi Group and I didn't know a recruitment job could be this great or that I could see such a long term future for my career in a firm. • Culture- this is a company that really values it's employees and their voices, opinions, and celebrates their differences. Diversity is championed in each office and through global initiatives. There are groups for so many different demographics within the company- parents, neurodiverse employees, LGBTQ+, among others, where they're able to lead trainings and initiatives across the company that drive change. The offices aren't filled with only 22 year old fresh grads (although we still have many entry level employees that join!), but have plenty of people from other recruitment backgrounds and experience levels and all ages. The culture still feels young and vibrant, but isn't exclusively catered to young professionals. • Incentives are actually good! They still offer the fun early leave targets, happy hours, lunch clubs, and company trips, but there are real incentives that are motivating. Retention benefits at 3, 5, and 10 years in the company include a paid trip to work in any of our global offices for a week or a fully paid month off. Many of the incentives are bonuses and financially focused as well. • Commission and earning potential - LHi fairly pays it's employees and livable base salary and offer a really strong commission scheme. Once you've hit their higher management/IC level, you're able to pick your salary and commission breakdown to a way that best fits your needs (more security with a higher base/lower comms, or lower base/higher comms). The company also offers performance based bonuses. • Leadership & Employee Owned - LHi is an employee owned company, which means so many positive things. The company is able to make business decisions on it's own and because of that, the leadership is always looking for feedback from employees and open to new ideas. There isn't the rigid focus on "old school" recruitment, but instead they're always open to trying new ideas and being ahead of the curve and taking a fresh approach. Financially, all employees who have been with the company for 12 months or more are part of the Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), which means whenever we go through a major financial event such as an investment, we're guaranteed a six figure payout (over time). It's easy to be motivated by the overall company's performance because we all see the benefit. There's an additional level of transparency from the board and leadership because of this as well. • Management - I've been so impressed with every leader I've worked with in the business since joining. They don't use classic recruitment "scare tactics" like sending around call times every hour or yelling at people for being one CV off from their target, but instead aim to genuinely motivate employees and bring the right people in from the get go. • The people! I genuinely love the people I work with and am so inspired by them- they're hard workers, knowledgeable in their markets, and focused on delivery really high quality recruiting results. There's such a good balance of being financially motivated, but also understanding the difference our work in recruitment can make.
Svantaggi
None that I can think of besides there isn't free parking in the office, but the company does cover quite a bit of it so it's still affordable.
