LILEE Systems is a rewarding company to work for. I'm well respected, supported and given the freedom to chase my professional goals. There is no micromanagement here but, you are responsible to get your job done. The team here is fun and easy to get along with. One warning, Ping-Pong is taken very serious at this office.

LILEE Systems is a young company and budgets can be tight. You must be willing to "think outside the box" and be comfortable taking on roles outside your job description. I do think this is kind of normal for a small company but it may be different for folks coming from much larger companies.
