      * The company's overall mission and core values truly seem to resinate in everyone that works here. * Respectable upper management that cares about their employees, works to maintain a reasonable amount of transparency, and goes out of their way to keep everyone motivated. * Collaborative team environment; a fantastic group of people to work with!

      * Processes tend to change frequently, so the ability to quickly adapt to change is a must. * Making sure there is a certain amount of regulation across the board while maintaining a reasonable amount of flexibility is something that seems to be a work in progress.

      We appreciate the nice review, especially the mention of transparency, which is fundamental to building trust and a solid culture. The agency continues to evolve through the tremendous efforts of the team and the great work being produced for our clients. I agree with your comment regarding process and it's something we are continuing to refine and stabilize as we grow.

      This company has a BIG vision. Knows its purpose. And lives by it 100%. There is a "Linus Way" that is totally pervasive, and everyone follows the company's values. Management has a management 'system' and working model, and they connect and really care about the team. Lots of efforts to improve and they take formal and informal feedback all the time. For a company of this size, they have a dedicated person devoted to Talent Development and the team's growth! Life science and healthcare are both growing fields so it's exciting.

      As with any agency, workload can be higher or lower at times. If you're not excited about science, it would be difficult to get excited about the work. Management used to be overly focused on the numbers, but that's totally changed with new president.
