This section isn't big enough to fit all the cons. The gaslighting from management and OWNERS is disgusting. Laura is a power trip person with zero regard for family and workplace values. Her occasional crocidile tears she sheds at the unhelpful weekly meetings to make it seem like she cares. For her actions speak far louder on how she really feels. Tracy isnt any better. Management AWFUL all the way up to the owners. They will lie and create false promises to get you out of their ear. Your pay is based off of what the next guy makes and not your own performance. If anyone is wanting to find a job this is not the place. Trust me this place is not worth the migraine you will get daily. Plus word going around is that they are failing so miserably that they may not even have certain departments. Causing lots of hardships for a lot of good people who don't deserve this companies treatment. They pay you cheap but charge clients and jobs far too much. Its suprising they still have clients. If this sounds like a good time for you go ahead but don't say you haven't been warned.
