the yearly bonus is minimal. They love throwing pizza parties instead of paying fairly. The company is run like a small business, with a gossipy environment, including leadership. There is a separation of states policy that allows each office to run independently, which is not viable for a rapidly growing company. Ultra-conservative company (it's like working for the "good ol' boys"). Large percentage of Aggies. No 401K match, ( they try to sell you on the ESOP to replace the 401K but you can't diversify a 401K and pull money out for an emergency. With ESOP EVERYTHING is with the company and you have to quit or retire to cash out.
