The current head of the GCC operates with an ego-driven, condescending management style that prevents any real innovation and creates a culture of fear. Impending Instability: There are strong internal indicators that the company is being prepared for a sale or is fundamentally doomed. The lack of long-term vision makes it a high-risk career move. Compensation Sabotage: HR operates with a "miser" mentality. If you join on a competitive market salary, your future growth is effectively capped. High performance and exceeding KPIs are ignored during appraisals if they feel your starting package was "enough." Promotion of Sycophancy: The management layer (Practice Leads and Managers) is built on favoritism rather than merit. Those who prioritize "flattering" leadership move up, resulting in technically unskilled Team Leads who are incapable of supporting their staff. Blatant Policy Double Standards: Company policies, specifically the dress code, are enforced with a clear gender bias. Male employees are penalized and even sent home for minor infractions that are completely ignored for others. It is an archaic and unfair environment. Inefficient Attendance Metrics: Productivity is measured by "face-time" rather than output. Employees are forced to remain for a 7-hour minimum even after completing their work efficiently. It’s an environment that rewards slow workers and punishes high performers.
