Fixed hours, nice and easy product to sell to customers, great reputation.

Concession within Arcadia group, sometimes conflicting interests with managment.

Pros are that if you enjoy walking around a shop floor with not much to do, you can do so happily for hours.

Due to the size of LLOYD shoes and being in the back of other stores, there is very little foot traffic and rarely work to be done.
