I don't know of any reasons for anyone not choosing to work here other than They are not aware of the PRESENT Of this Company is right here in Charleston SC at 7240 CROSS PARK DR NORTH CHARLESTON SC 29418

This company is not like anything I've ever been a part of when it comes to how much they actually care about their employees. It's a third generation Family-owned which from what I can tell create a culture where you're not just a number but a person. Finally, the company is drastically pursuing other markets and really getting involved with the before mentioned campaign of growth.

I would have to say that it really is petty topic, though it is present in just about every organization, "water cooler talk" .
