While we do travel new hires in their first week for training, then follow up with on-site training, as well as use many video conferencing tools at our disposal to help bridge the distance, we know it’s not always optimal. We’re always striving to offer advancement opportunities to those employees who show a strong commitment to our values, and have had time to master their current position, receiving high marks on their performance appraisal.
