People focus on client needs, and tend to have a good work-life balance. Leaders on the highest levels are committed to excellence. The projects are diverse.

Svantaggi

Typical growing pains, but, in a sense they do not compare to feeling like a cog in the wheel in one of the big consulting firms, or having to wear a lot of different hats in a small. Lots of change, but it is moving in the right direction.
