      Very supportive company with great opportunities for all staff, LMP directors are very forward-facing, approachable and compassionate. Any support needed, you can reach out to anyone across the board and they are there to help. All teams work in collaboration and strive towards the company values. It is great to feel valued and at LMP you are made to feel very much a part of the whole company and its success.

      well I dont know that there is any - maybe an extra days holiday each year up to 5 years

      cold, thoughtless, rude, no emotional intelligence - and thats the top management ! SLT are hell bent on getting one person out of the company come hell or high water and messing with their mental well being, to the point that this person attempted suicide because of the way they were treated.
