I’ve had such a great experience in my first few months here. The team is genuinely supportive, and everyone wants to see each other do well. I felt really welcomed from day one, and there’s a strong focus on making a difference for learners, which gives real purpose to the role. It’s also nice to work somewhere where your ideas are listened to and you’re trusted to get on with things. There's been lots of opportunity to take ownership early on, which I really value.

Some processes can be a little unclear at first – especially when it comes to knowing who to go to for what, or where to find certain resources. That said, there’s always someone happy to help, so it never feels like you're on your own.

well I dont know that there is any - maybe an extra days holiday each year up to 5 years

cold, thoughtless, rude, no emotional intelligence - and thats the top management ! SLT are hell bent on getting one person out of the company come hell or high water and messing with their mental well being, to the point that this person attempted suicide because of the way they were treated.
