      -Ownership are amazing -new and modern working environment -great co-workers -good fair wages -allowed to work from home if sick or days needed for sick children etc. Very flexible in this regard and made it easy for a single mother to be successful

      -Very busy - demanding job, they are fair but require top performance -no paid sick days (flexible work from home, buy no actual sick day pay)
