      Peaceful environment, positive energy, great communication and a great place to learn. I was able to develop my soft skills and problem solving skills here. Management was flexible with my schedule and my ability limitations. While work was steady, I never felt overwhelmed. We were even taken out to free lunch on occasion! Everything that what was expected of me and the company plans and goals were disclosed to me right from the start. If you show genuine effort, you will have a great review to help land you a job in the industry like I did.

      I learned a vast amount of knowledge during my time at LNK Innovations. Being able to work with professionals in different fields such as: Business, Marketing, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Graphic and Fashion Design enabled me to acquire insight as to what it takes to be successful in the industry. Product Development involved working closely with the CEO and were also given the opportunity to provide our own insight into the development of these products. This proved to be beneficial both as a student and employee in the Engineering field. My colleagues and CEO were both friendly and professional. Working at LNK was a great experience that allowed me to sharpen and develop my skills as an Engineer.

      There were some issues with the air conditioning system in the building, but that was promptly fixed.
