-Busyness masquerading as productivity -Poor project management; projects are over budget and past due -Zero accountability of management and very top heavy, post merger -Lack creativity; constantly outsourcing to consultants and third parties -Poor internal communication; everyone pulling in opposite directions and then post meetings break off into factions -Clashing cultures of merged firm; stagnant as a result -Saw some pure unkindness and unprofessionalism; heard unsolicited disdain for 'others' politically and personal insults toward a blue collar worker
